Rewards terms and conditions

By agreeing to join the Rewards@Clyde’s Program, you will be agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:

I hereby apply to be a member of the Rewards@Clyde’s Program and the information I provide to the Rewards@Clyde’s Program will enable Coastal Area Stores, Inc. (dba Clyde’s Market) to: 
(a) keep track of my purchase records, 
(b) allocate points according to my purchase records, 
(c) update me periodically about Clyde’s Market’s promotions,
(d) update me periodically about Clyde’s Market’s vendor’s promotions, and,

(e) update Clyde’s Market’s profiling of customer preferences so that Clyde’s Market may be able to serve consumers better.  

I also consent to:
(a) Clyde’s Market’s collection and use of the data required by the Rewards@Clyde’s Program application form, and, 
(b) the Rewards@Clyde’s Program terms and conditions set out below, and to Clyde’s Market’s data protection and privacy statement.


1. Rewards@Clyde’s is part of TheCard@Clyde’s program and is intended for use by customers who register at only. The Rewards@Clyde’s Program allows you to accumulate fuel points, based on fuel purchases you make at participating Clyde’s Market locations. The Rewards@Clyde’s Program also entitles the card holder to save on program items inside participating Clyde’s Market locations. 

2. TheCard@Clyde’s is freely available to every customer upon request. It can be obtained in participating Clyde’s Market stores. It is personal and non-transferable. 

3. Clyde’s Market reserves the right to delete accumulated points from member accounts after an inactive period of 1 year. 

4. Your application herein will not be valid and cannot be stored in our computer file if the information provided on the membership registration form is incomplete and/or illegible, thereby rendering it unusable. Clyde’s Market reserves the right to change at any time the conditions for issuing TheCard@Clyde’s.

5.In the event of loss/theft of TheCard@Clyde’s, please call the customer service at (844)817-5594 to cancel your card and apply for a new one. Upon verification of your details, your earned/accumulated points will be retrieved and transferred to your new card after seven working days. 

6. TheCard@Clyde’s allows the holder, upon presentation of the card, to earn fuel points at participating Clyde’s Market locations. Fuel points are accumulated at a rate of 2 points per gallon of fuel purchased. Fuel points are redeemed for discounts on fuel purchases in 60 point increments:

60 Points = 1 cent per gallon

120 Points = 2 cents per gallon

180 Points = 3 cents per gallon

The discount is limited to 15 gallons per redemption. There is no maximum point accumulation. Fuel points expire after 60 days.

7. TheCard@Clyde’s allows the holder, upon presentation of the card, to receive any Rewards@Clyde’s discounts offered inside participating Clyde’s Market locations.

8. TheCard@Clyde’s can be used as a payment card providing the card is registered and approved for SecurePay@Clyde’s. The loyalty points accumulated by you cannot be transferred to any other customer nor exchanged for cash.

10. Clyde’s Market reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions and/or suspend the Rewards@Clyde’s Program. In the event of such modification and/or suspension, Clyde’s Market will notify its cardholders via email or postal mailing, as well as communicate this on our website. Customers will not receive any compensation from Clyde’s Market in the event of modification or suspension of the Rewards@Clyde’s Program. 

11. Customers who require Clyde’s Market to delete the Customer's data from TheCard@Clyde’s database will forthwith lose any and all loyalty points accumulated by the Customer in that database and/or linked to his or her card, and such Customer must surrender his or her card forthwith upon the deletion of customer's data from TheCard@Clyde’s database.

12. Clyde’s Market reserves the right to: 
(a) permanently disable or suspend the Rewards@Clyde’s Program and/or TheCard@Clyde’s, in the event of fraud or attempted fraud by the Customer at any Clyde’s Market location and/or or by the member's inappropriate use of TheCard@Clyde’s, and 
(b) terminate Rewards@Clyde’s Program for any reason whatsoever by informing members via email/mail as well as on our website. In which event, members will be given a period of 30 days to use up his or her fuel points, and upon the expiry of the said period of 30 days, any balance loyalty points unused will be forfeited and invalidated. 
(c) In the case of a termination and/or suspension of the Rewards@Clyde’s Program, Clyde’s Market will NOT be liable to members for unused points. 

13. Clyde’s Market shall not be liable for any system malfunction, system failure or disruption in access to the Rewards@Clyde’s Program or TheCard@Clyde’s, or any consequences, direct or indirect, arising from the same.

14. Clyde’s Market may at appropriate time and at its sole discretion revise these Terms & Conditions of use at any time by amending this page. Members are therefore advised to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes. Members understand and agree that any use of the Rewards@Clyde’s Program after the date on which the Terms & Conditions have changed are subject to the amended Terms & Conditions.
